Yan Levionnois imposed his name on his Fondamenta debut album, with a ffff Télérama for "Cello Solo" published in 2013. Some years later, he recorded "Pierrots Lunaires" with the violinist Mélanie Clapiès. Guillaume Bellom has an atypical career, since he is a pianist ... and a violinist as well. He too received the honors of Télérama magazine, with a ffff in 2013 for a recording dedicated to Schubert. Both of these musicians were named at the Victoires de la Musique in France in the "Instrumental Revelation" category. This album is entirely dedicated to the German romantic repertoire, with the famous Arpeggione, Sonata by Schubert, the second Sonata by Mendelssohn and, more rarely, the Sonata for cello and piano by Richard Strauss.
